How do I set up an account?

1. Visit “MY ACCOUNT” page.
2. Fill out the form.
3. Click Register.
4. At this point you may place orders. Please note that you must be 19+ to place an order

How do I order products?

Ordering is quick and easy.
1. Visit the “Products” page and review our products by clicking the product title.
2. Point to a product and choose “ADD TO CART” or “SELECT OPTIONS” to choose the weight of the product; then “ADD TO CART”.
3. Click the “CART” or “VIEW CART” when you are done and review your order.
4. Remove items by clicking the “X” button. Add/reduce quantities by clicking the “+” and “-“ buttons beside a product. Click “UPDATE CART”.
5. Click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” when ready.
6. Review your billing details, shipping details and order details.
7. Before placing your order. You need to read and accept our terms & conditions.
8. Choose “PLACE ORDER” when you are done; if your purchase fails, you may need to setup an ACCOUNT before you can order products.
9. Check your email for a confirmation letter and next steps to payment info.
10. Send your payment receipt or screenshot and make sure it was processed. We will then process and ship your order.

HOW CAN I TRUST YOU?

MY SHATTER TURNED TO WAX / BUDDER. NOW WHAT?

  • Please be advised that due to circumstances that are out of our control, such as summer heat, humidity and even time. There is always a risk that the shatter you ordered could turn to wax or budder by the time you receive it. 

    Unfortunately, shatter turning to wax budder is not uncommon when exposed to heat but it does not make your shatter any less safe or any less potent in any way whatsoever. In fact, the terpenes and aromatics will be more present if this happens and the flavor will actually be increased.

    We do not offer any reimbursement or refunds if your shatter turns to budder or wax.

  • It has recently come to our attention that more and more websites are starting pop up that completely lift our images and plagiarize our copy and website in an effort to trick our customers and scam people who are actually trying to find our website. Please ensure that you are in fact on our website and verify the URL in your address bar before purchasing anything and when browsing the internet.

HOW DO YOU PACKAGE MY SHIPMENT?

  • We understand that most people require discretion. So, we use generic prepaid Xpress envelopes to package items. We then vacuum seal and bubble wrap the contents for maximum discretion, protection and to seal in the freshness. There is nothing written on the outside of the envelope that would advertise that you are taking medical marijuana so no nosy neighbors would know it is anything other then a regular package from the post office.

Why is my order on hold?

Generally when you place an order, it automatically enters our system to be on hold. Please note once we receive your payment, your order status will change to processing then be processed and shipped out the following business day excluding weekends. For orders that change to processing during the weekend, they will be shipped out the following Monday when the post office is open. In an event where we have not received your payment within 48 hours our system will delete that on-hold order

How do I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately our system does not allow you to change or cancel an order once it has been placed. What you can do is contact us via our contact page and we can cancel that for you, and you are able to place a new order and follow the payment instructions for that new order instead. Any points that were used on your cancelled order will definitely be accredited to your account as well.

Why do I still not have a tracking number?

If you sent your payment and your order went to processing and still don’t have a tracking number by 8 PM EST by the following business day please contact [email protected] and one of our customer service representatives will take a look. If your order is still on hold, that means we have not received your payment yet and your order has not been processed yet.

How come my order hasn't arrived yet? My Delivery is Late?

The tracking number sent to you through the email address you provide us will usually show the expected delivery date of your package. If there has been no update past the delivery date, please contact [email protected]  with your order number in the subject line and one of our customer service representatives would be glad to assist you. We will then contact USA Post on your behalf and open a service ticket for your package. Once a service ticket has been opened, USA Post will try and locate your package which can take anywhere between 5 to 7 business days. In most cases, once we file a trace for your package it does arrive usually tend to arrive the next day. Tony will always be there to support you until your package arrives at your door 🙂

Can I pay with directly with PayPal, Credit Card etc?

NO! But you also can make payments with your Paypal, Credit Card by buying bitcoins. You can also make gift card payments online using your credit card.
